About us

Two Birds Therapy began in 2022 by Fleur Farish-Edwards and her wife Charlotte.

Fleur is an experienced therapist and supervisor. She also a university lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy. Fleur is currently working on a professional doctorate, researching the life-long impact of adoption on adult adoptees.

Charlotte worked as a secondary school English teacher for almost 18 years. She is now undertaking study to become qualified as a counsellor.

Two Birds was ‘hatched’ following our desire to work together in partnership. In addition to counselling and supervision, we are excited to present our affordable creative therapeutic workshops, allowing people to experience a place of warmth, creativity and community.

At Two Birds Therapy, we believe that accessing therapy can make a real difference.

We believe that clients are the experts in their own lives.

However sometimes, a supportive, non-judgemental space can be helpful when exploring thoughts and feelings, allowing them to arrive at a place of clarity, calm and confidence.

We are committed to being inclusive, compassionate and working with integrity.
